Liability and warranty

Lakeboat.ch is not responsible for transactions carried out between users. Lakeboat.ch does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of the advertisements published by the users. Lakeboat.ch declines all responsibility in the event of a dispute between buyers and sellers.

Lakeboat.ch excludes all liability for any damage caused directly and/or indirectly in any way whatsoever by the content and use of the site.
